What to expect

We provide individualized sessions in the comfort of your home and tailored to meet your specific needs. We start with a thorough evaluation, including a custom made treatment plan and a detailed home exercise program. All treatment programs are evidence based and tailored to you.

Why Concierge Physical Therapy

Concierge physical therapy delivered in the comfort of your home transforms traditional rehabilitation into an elite, highly personalized healthcare experience by prioritizing your time, environment, and clinical outcomes. This model guarantees that you receive undivided, one-on-one care from a licensed physical therapist for the entirety of every session. This private setting allows your clinician to assess and treat you within your actual living space, tailoring your exercises directly to your home. Furthermore, because a lifespan concierge practice treats patients of all ages, it serves as a trusted clinical resource for the entire family—seamlessly adapting to support a child’s developmental milestones, an adult’s post-surgical recovery, or a senior’s balance and independence. Free from the arbitrary limitations of traditional insurance networks, this approach ensures that your recovery is guided entirely by your unique goals, maximizing both your safety and your long-term success.

What if I don't have time for three times a week

A plan of care can be developed to fit your schedule and needs.  Telehealth visits are also available to review your home exercise program or answer any questions that you may have.

What is the McKenzie Method?

The McKenzie Method (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) is a specialized physical therapy approach designed to diagnose and treat back, neck, and extremity pain. It empowers patients to actively manage their own symptoms through targeted exercises and postural corrections rather than relying on passive treatments.

What is an annual Physical Therapy exam?

An APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) wellness exam—or annual physical therapy checkup—is a 30- to 60-minute preventive screening with a licensed physical therapist. The goal is to evaluate your musculoskeletal and neuromuscular health, assess your functional movement, and identify injury risks or physical fitness limitations before they cause pain. These visits are appropriate for all ages, from active children, athletes and adults looking to optimize performance and prevent injuries to older adults seeking to maintain mobility and independence.

How did you get into pediatrics?

With a background in Neuroscience, I’ve always been fascinated by neurodevelopment and neuroplasticity—the brain and nervous system’s incredible ability to grow, adapt, and rewire itself. When working with families, I love combining this deep understanding of the nervous system with the McKenzie Method. Together, these frameworks allow me to analyze movement and the surrounding environment specific to each individual. By looking at both the mind and the movement, I can help families create sustainable, customized paths to healing.

Do you Accept Insurance?

You’ll never experience early treatment cut-offs, surprise bills, or inconvenience of waiting for approvals. This enables you to begin your recovery journey more quickly. We can supply all the necessary documentation for insurance claims and we also accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
